Lady Lazarus is a Sydney-born, Berlin-based punk band combining high energy, sharp political messaging, and a DIY ethos that refuses to compromise. Established by Caroline on vocals, Izzy on bass, and Jules on drums in Sydney (2023), and later joined by Gary (2025) on guitar, the band has recently uprooted to Berlin to make their mark on the international scene. 

 

Known for theatrical performances, handmade zines and merchandise, and anti-establishment rhetoric, Lady Lazarus draws on influences ranging from Bikini Kill to Jayne County. Since their recent move to Berlin, the band has pulled influence from the local scene, and despite their rise in popularity, continues to host their own shows in some of the most historical and well-established squats and DIY spaces in Europe.

 

Lady Lazarus has notably opened for Hot Wax and Dream Nails this year as well as organized their own LOUD WOMEN Festival Berlin in partnership with Marshall to showcase nonmale voices in the heavy scene. Their debut album Dichotomy is due for release in June 2026 followed by a European tour. 

Lady Lazarus has reached international attention on social media, gaining 45k followers across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok this year for their political lyricism and high-energy performances.
